New Returns

You may return most new, un-used, un-opened physical items within 30 calendar days (“30 days”) of delivery for a full refund – for any reason. To be eligible for a refund item\’s must be new, un-used, un-opened and must be returned complete and in the same condition that you received it as including but not limited to returned with all accessories and manuals, no damage and no markings to the shipping box. Certain products are not refundable and will be identified on the product page including Digital products, gift.

Defective And Damaged Returns

If the item\’s was damaged in transit or turned out to be defective, don’t worry we will send you a replacement or refund you in full if we are out of stock. We will work with you returning such item\’s back to us and we will send replacement or will refund in full usually within a few days after receiving the item back. We must be notified within 30 days of delivery of such item\’s. Past 30 days you may claim warranty directly with the manufacturer. Please note that not all products have a warranty. Most edible items and some other items do not include warranty. We are unable to assist with returns past 30 days from delivery. Used and or opened item\’s can be returned for replacement Only. As with all returns, we must be notified within 30 days of delivery and we are unable to assist with returns past it. Refund on used and opened product\’s will be issued when we are out of stock or at our discretion only. Please provide pictures if the order was received damaged, incomplete, mis-shiped etc.

How To Return

All returns must be returned complete with the original box and all accessories included. All returns require RMA #. Please email us with your order number, product name, your name and reason for the return and other details about the product you would like to return. Please provide pictures if the order was received damaged, incomplete, mis-shiped etc. Violation of return policy as outlined on this page will result in a denial of refund or replacement.

How Long Will Returns Take

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days usually but there may be a delay if we are overloaded or returned item\’s had issues), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of Return Policy by posting updates and changes to our website. We will update the “Last updated” date of the Return Policy whenever we make a modification – Located at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check Return Policy periodically and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to Return Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
