Welcome back to the last workout of 2019. We are recovering our Legs today followed by stretching. The goal this week was to relax our joints. Next week is strength training, so we could use this rest. We will be training mostly with machine exercises. This will give us ample time to recover and perform well next week.

Today’s active recovery gym workout:

Back:
1# Seated Leg Press 3 sets of 8-12 Reps
2# Leg Extensions 3 sets of 8-12 Reps
3# Leg Curls 3 sets of 8-12 Reps
4# Calf Raise 3 sets of 8-12 Reps

Stretching:
1# Butterfly Stretch 3 sets of 30 secs
2# Pigeon 3 sets of 30 Secs
3# World’s Greatest Stretch 3 sets of 30 secs
