Welcome back. Today is the 3rd day in our active recovery week. We are training the Back and Core today with a total of 13 sets combined. The goal this week is to relax on our joints. To do so, we will be training mostly with machine exercises and also by reducing the training volume. We will begin the new year with strength training, so we are going slow this week. We are giving the body ample time to recover and perform well next week.
